Everything was really good, the room was reasonably large with natural lighting, extremely comfortable bed and plenty of towels. The venue was set in the central position adjacent to the best restaurants, and many bars.

The wait staff were very friendly, excellent drink selection, comfortable setting.
The shower head, hard to turn on without being doused with water.

The staff were very polite from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was excellent for the rate. The location was marvelous, not too far from Downtown. The area was pretty comfortable.

The "green" aspect of the hotel was wonderful and unique. The hotel was also within walking distance of a lot of Grand Rapids' attractions.
The complimentary breakfast was over much to early. As a seasoned traveler, I'm use to a continental breakfast going until 10am at least. That could be an improvement for your guests to enjoy.

Convenient location near the Market Place, with a unique building and rooms that have modern decor. the breakfast spread is loaded with goodies 🥐.

I loved how stylish and eco-friendly the hotel was. The room was also very comfortable, especially the bed. Every staff member I interacted with was very courteous and helpful (4 individual staff members). I've never stayed at a hotel remotely like it and hope to stay again.
I had a hard time figuring out how to turn the shower on! Also, the thermostat seemed unresponsive.

The rooms here are really up-to-date and have a super comfy king bed 🛏️. It's hard to find a bed that's more cozy than the one you'll get here!
